Ordering: Orders may be placed by phone or email. Our regular business hours are from 9 am to 5 pm central time. To email your order, please provide the following information: catalog numbers and quantity of each, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and shipping instructions. Please provide a purchase order if you would like to be invoiced net 30 days. Orders usually ship the same day that they are received.

Shipping: Orders will ship according to the customer's instructions. For products which can ship at ambient temperature, the shipping costs are as follows: first class air mail (3-5 days) is free, Fedex two day express delivery is $30, and Fedex overnight express delivery is $60. For products which require shipment on wet or dry ice overnight, the total cost is $100, which includes the shipping, ice, and container cost. International shipments are usually shipped using Federal Express, and we request that you provide us with your Fedex account number, so that the shipping and customs fees are billed directly to your Fedex account. Alternatively, for products which are stable at ambient temperature, international shipments can be shipped at lower cost using regular US postal service; however, this shipping method may take one to two weeks.

Warranty: All products meet the specifications stated in the catalog. Any product which does not conform to these specifications will be replaced at no charge, provided that notice for replacement is given within 30 days of purchase. Liability for all products is limited to the purchase price of the product. No product is intended for human therapeutic use.
