Description: Inorganic pyrophosphatase catalyzes the hydrolysis of pyrophosphate to inorganic phosphate.
Inexpensive: 1,200 fold less expensive than New England Biolabs. This is the least expensive commercial preparation of inorganic pyrophosphatase in the world. One tube of our inorganic pyrophosphatase will probably last you forever.
Highly Purified: Greater than 98% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE gel analysis. Purity is suitable for all molecular biology applications. This product does not contain bovine serum albumin, or any other protein additives.
Supplied: Inorganic pyrophosphatase is supplied in glycerol buffer at high concentration, usually 4 mg/ml or higher. Typical inorganic pyrophosphatase reactions can be easily accomplished by using a 1,000 to 10,000 fold dilution of this enzyme preparation.
Quality Control: Inorganic pyrophosphatase is fully quality control tested for exonuclease activity, and for absence of exonuclease and endonuclease contaminating activities. Inorganic pyrophosphatase is free of contaminating DNA and RNA, and free of protein additives such as BSA.
